Shipping Info

We currently only offer shipping within the United States

• Our standard shipping method is via UPS Ground; cost will be based on weight and zip code.
• Shipments will drop within two days of order placement, outbound on normal Business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays).

If your order is $50.00 or more shipping is free.  (Note: Bird houses and other large, non-soap items are excluded from Free Shipping.)

If you require a confirmed, quicker delivery date, please contact us with your Order Number to arrange for alternate shipping

Because our products are handmade, we do not offer returns or refunds.  But, if there is an issue with your order, we want you to be happy with your purchase and will work with you to find an agreeable resolution.

Please be aware, once tracking information is sent, no changes to your order can be made. Also, if shipping address was entered incorrectly and items are returned, it is buyers’ responsibility to pay for additional shipping charges.
